Change to Paxum Transaction Notifications
To avoid confusion we have removed the Transaction Completed email confirmations. If notifications are switched on then Paxum clients will still receive an email confirmation when any Transaction is Initiated (such as Wire withdrawal, EFT Withdrawal, etc), however there will no longer be a Transaction Completed email.
Please check your notification settings in the PROFILE section of your Paxum account interface to ensure you’re set up to receive the notifications you want.
