Every verified Paxum client* has the option to request their own Paxum Card after account verification is complete. It is a very simple process:
- Log in to your verified Paxum account.
- Click ‘Apply For Card’ in the top menu bar (far right of second row)
- Select Mailing Address
- Select Shipping Option
- Click Submit
Once your application has been received through your account, a request will be sent to our card provider to print your Paxum Card. This process typically takes 7-10 business days. As soon as the Paxum Card is printed it is packaged and shipped to the verified address you selected from your Paxum account when you requested the card.
Shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks domestically (North America), and we ask that you allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery if you are an International client. Often delivery is faster than this, however we do ask that you allow that much time before requesting a new card be shipped to you.
Upon receipt of your card you will receive a page of instructions on how to activate your card. For your security, we strongly advise you to change your PIN immediately upon activating your card. There is no fee to change your PIN during activation.
*Unfortunately due to laws issued by the government of India, we are unable to provide Paxum Cards to Indian citizens residing in India. If you are an Indian citizen residing in another country then this does not apply to you.
